Shipping Time
In most of the US, orders typically arrive in 9 business days*. Orders with our Hot Move Priority Processing typically arrive within 5 days or less. No one ships faster!
SPECIAL COVID-19 SHIPPING NOTICE!
Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, the unpredictability of how some state and local governments are reacting and the extent to which various businesses may be affected by the virus, including suppliers, warehouses and shippers, fulfillment and shipping times may be delayed by up to 35 days or more in extreme cases. We notify all customers at the time of ordering if the order is likely to be delayed. However, it is not possible for us to know which orders will be delayed in every case. We are working hard to mitigate these delays as much as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Thank you for understanding.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on a number of items when shipping to a commercial address. Free shipping is applicable only for orders that ship via LTL truck when delivering to a valid, commercially zoned business address or taking delivery of the shipment at the shipping company’s local service center. Only commercial business addresses recognized by the shipper will be allowed. Businesses located in residential areas, such as home-based businesses, do not qualify. If you want your order held at a local shipping terminal for pickup, please call for details.
The shipping cost for items not eligible for free shipping is shown in the totals column of the cart after a destination state and zip code are entered for the order. To enter your destination state and zip code, click the link labeled “Estimate Shipping” or “Recalculate Shipping” in the totals column of the cart.
All items, including items eligible for free shipping, may still incur other fees. See below.
Residential Delivery
$29.99 will be added when shipping powersports vehicles to a residential address (only $2.98 for accessories). To avoid this charge, you may opt to pick up your order from the local shipping terminal or ship it to a commercial address.
Access Charge
An Access Charge may apply for delivery to certain locations due to special circumstances related to, but not limited to, metro deliveries, rural deliveries, interline deliveries or other areas with limited access per the delivery company.
Fuel Surcharge
Due to increasing fuel costs, delivery companies now regularly charge a fuel surcharge in addition to the normal delivery charge. We work hard to mitigate this charge by negotiating lower fees for our customers’ deliveries. However, because fuel prices can fluctuate unpredictably, this surcharge, and the delivery destinations it applies to, may change without notice.
When applicable, this fee will appear in the totals column of your shopping cart only after you calculate shipping charges for your order by entering a destination state and zip code. To enter your destination state and zip code, click the link labeled “Estimate Shipping” or “Recalculate Shipping” in the totals column of the cart.
These charges, and any others that may be applicable, are levied by the delivery company and are in addition to any shipping costs.
Sales Tax
State sales tax applicable for Minnesota and South Dakota residents.

Lift Gate Service
A lift gate is a truck that is equipped with a back-end loading or unloading device that will automatically lower your item to the ground. Other companies can charge up to $125.00 extra for this service. Our charge for lift gate service is only $25.00.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Shipments to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other locations outside the continental US incur international rates. We work to keep these charges as low as possible. Please contact us for a free quote.
Canadian customers pay shipping for items. GST is applicable to all Canadian orders.

To ensure quick delivery, we require your address and two (2) contact phone numbers (trucking company needs this; cell, home or work). Please see our privacy policy for how we handle your personal information.
Helmets and Helmet Accessory Shipping Charges
All helmets ship free! Helmet returns are subject to the following fees:
- Returns: $19.98 restocking fee plus shipping costs to return the helmet.
- Exchanges: If the wrong helmet is ordered by a customer and an exchange is made for a different helmet, the customer pays shipping back and additionally pays $16.99 for handling and reshipping fees for the second helmet.
Returns
Returned items are subject to handling, restocking, and original shipping fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. No returns are accepted without a Return Authorization Number. To receive a return authorization, please contact us.
